How do I secure my event date?

Please send an email to hello@glambysab.com or use the Contact page with all your detailed information. You will receive a calendar meeting invite once confirmed. A signed contract and 50% deposit will be required for bridal parties and large bookings.

What method of payment do you accept?

Cash on the day of or on the spot e-transfer is preferred. Deposits are required for bridal parties and large bookings.

What should I do to prepare myself before the appointment?

For makeup services: ensure you have a clean, dry face with no products applied. If you prefer certain products to be used from your own collection, please have them ready for your artist.

For hair services:  wash and blow dry your hair straight the night before. Do not use any oil or products in your hair. Additional charges may apply if stylist has to blow dry your hair.

What kind of services do you provide?

I am a Makeup Artist and am able to provide a makeup services for all occasions whether it be for your wedding, film, photoshoot makeup.

Do you provide hair services?

I do not provide hair services, however I work with many talented hairstylists who I am able to secure for you if you require hair services.

Do the hairstylists you work with provide dupatta/veil pinning and jewellery setting?

Yes, the hairstylists I work with are experienced with dupatta pinning for South Asian clients and jewellery and veil setting.

What type of products do you use?

I use a variety of high end, high-definition makeup that photograph well. Some brands include Makeup Forever, Graftobian, MAC, Urban Decay, etc.

Are you able to cater to all skin tones?

Yes, I am knowledgeable of the differences in all skin tones and am pleased to cater to the needs of each individual client.

What type of work area do you require?

The makeup artist requires a large work table and chair with ample lighting. The best area would be where there is natural lighting such as in front of a window.

The hairstylist will require a work station with nearby outlets and an extension cord to work in a comfortable, safe area.

What is your cancellation policy?

Please email if you need to cancel your booking at least 48 hours in advance. If you need to cancel after the 48 hour timeframe, a cancellation fee may apply as the Artists have booked off a certain date/time which prevents other clients from booking at that time.

What happens if my Artist is sick or has an emergency?

In the event of unforeseen circumstances and the Artist is unable to provide services agreed upon due to illness, emergency or other reasons, any deposit will be returned, and Artist will have no further liability here-under. The artist will contact a substitute Artist to fill in and provide all agreed upon services, however there is no guarantee of replacement.
